Filipino dessert creamy buko pie 3 pie pans crust ingredients: 900 grams all purpose flour 250 grams vegetable shortening/ lard 1/2 cup milk powder 2 tablespoon sugar 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg 3/4 cup water buko filling 2 cups buko water ( it's a must that you use coconut water I noticed that using tap water can easily spoil the buko pie) 2 cups white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups coconut milk/ gata 1 can or 375 ml. evaporated milk or fresh milk 1 kilo buko meat ( sliced or shreded) 2 cups cornstarch dissolve in 100 ml. of water 1 egg for egg wash Bake in a pre heated oven at 170°-180°C for 60 minutes or until the tops turns golden brown thank you for watching☺☺ #realbukopie #bukopie #authenticbukopierecipe
