BAKED APPLE PIE POCKETS INGREDIENTS 3 Apples 1 Teaspoon Stevia Sweetener (or 2-3 Tbsp Regular Sugar) 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 10 Whole Wheat Puff Pastry Squares 1 Egg PREPARATION 1- Peel and dice apples. 2- Stir apples in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat until they are tender (About 10 minuets). 3- Spoon apple mixture onto each square, whisk an egg and brush the outer rim of each square before folding them. 4- Using a fork, press the sides around each square to seal the filling in. 5- Using a knife, make 4 slits in each pie. 6- Brush the egg wash over the top of each pie then place them on a baking sheet.
